We are inviting local businesses to join in the fun of Carnival Week by decorating their shop window with carnival inspired themes to set the mood in the town in the lead up to Carnival night. It would be great if as many local businesses would take part as possible. There is no entry fee for taking part however the winner will receive a trophy which will be awarded on carnival night and can be held until Carnival 2020.     By submitting this form you confirm you would like to take part in Ilminster Carnival Decorated Window Competition 2021. Judging will take place between Saturday 25th September and Saturday 2nd October 2021. The winner and runner-up will be announced at over
